Your Dental Health is Important To Us Meet the Team

Dr. Huyvaert was born and raised in Granger, Indiana and attended Penn High School. After high school, he attended Butler University in Indianapolis and received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from 1990-1994. He went on to attend Indiana University School of Dentistry from 1994-1998, receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) degree.

After graduation, Dr. Huyvaert relocated back to the Mishawaka area and practiced from 1998-2000. He came to New Carlisle in the fall of 2000. Dr. Huyvaert and his wife Jen have three children Jeffrey ’07, Avery ’09, and Pressley ’10. Dr. Huyvaert enjoys all sports, but most of all he loves spending time with his family.

Dr. Diedrich was raised in Shelby Twp., MI and went on to attend Michigan State University’s Lyman Briggs College where he received his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from 2008-2012. He went on to attend A.T. Still University’s Missouri School of Dentistry and Oral Health from 2013-2017 where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree and his certificate in public health. Upon graduation, Dr. Diedrich relocated to Mishawaka with his wife (Kate) in 2017.

Dr. Diedrich joined Dr. Huyvaert in the fall of 2020. He has been very welcomed by the town of New Carlisle and he is looking forward to making it his home. He has two young boys at home (Will ’21 and Luke ’23) with his wife. His hobbies are running, hiking, spending time with his family, sports, and working outside.

Kristina Jarka, RN is a Registered Nurse who completed her Nursing degree at the University of Saint Francis and has worked in the field of nursing for over a decade. She worked in many areas from, assisted living, the operating room, general surgery, and at Sisters of the Holy Cross. She was recently certified in Chicago and is currently a Certified Nurse Injector at Dr Huyvaert and Dr Diedrich's office offering Botox! When she’s not taking care of patients she’s busy with her two kids and enjoying all the time she can with her family. She’s been married 12 years and loves keeping busy! She looks forward to seeing you and helping you obtain your beauty goals!
